Key duties/responsibilities for financial auditor


1. Gain an understanding of business operations, evaluate controls and prepare
audit reports with value-added recommendations
2. Interact and collaborate with management throughout the organization
3. Perform integrated operational/ information technology audits and data
analytics
4. Evaluate risks and test key controls throughout the year
5. Assist external auditors in their completion of the financial statement audit
6. Participate in project committees to support business plan initiatives
7. Conduct physical inventories at the Clubs and complete other special
projects as needed
8. Assess the controls, reliability, and integrity of the companys internal
control environment to assist with maintaining and improving the
efficiency and effectiveness of risk management, internal controls and
corporate governance

A minimum of 3 years of auditing experience


Bachelors Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
A CIA or CPA certification and/or an MBA is strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Familiarity with SAP and/or ACL
Ability to develop recommendations to strengthen the control environment
and streamline operational processes by assessing risks and identifying
opportunities for improvement
