Key duties/responsibilities for sales administrator


1. Process all incoming orders to insure accuracy and Quality Customer
Service
2. Update pending orders as required through Big Machines
3. Obtain signed contracts from customer prior to delivery and route through
applicable systems
4. Promote and educate the customers on the Docusign System
5. Obtain invoicing Email addresses and update transmittal rules
6. File required documentation in electronic folders.
7. Monitor New Order emails for new orders or updates and changes
8. Process Customer POs, modified leases, other contracts as required
through CRS
9. Monitor General Sales Mailbox for branches
10. Prepare Bids and proposals for sales department as needed

1. BA/BS degree
2. 1-3 years experience in sales, lead generation, sales administration, or
marketing
3. Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4. Experience using salesforce.com or similar web-based client relationship
management system
5. Familiarity with HTML / website development is a plus.
6. A Self-starter attitude you can identify opportunities independently and
run with the tasks assigned to you
7. Excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skillsSolid
