DEFINITION
Communication system has drastically (totally)
changed in the past few years. Due to rapid
technological progress in communication means,
today it is impossible to think the business
organization without computer and internet.

is

the

backbone

of

the

modern

information

technology. After the introduction of the internet as

communication services have become obsolete (out

of date) to great extent, such as postage services,

World Wide Web is an architectural frame work for
accessing linked documents spread out over thousands
of machines all over the internet. WWW made it possible

for a site to set up a number of pages of information

containing texts, picture, sound and even video, with
embedded links to other pages. By clicking on a link, the

users are suddenly transported to the page pointed to by

that link. Web page opens on the web browser like MS
internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator etc.

2. After @ sign that is domain name which specific the name

of email services provider.

in which abcd is the user

name and yahoo.com is the email services provider. Through

this medium messages are delivered from a sources to a
destination (purpose) with a few seconds.
