Company Problem
1. Demand for Security Guards is increasing with the
development of an apartment, shop and industrial areas.
Effect : The Security Companies will be desperate and
willing to provide foreign Security Guards are not allowed
by law.
2. The confidence of customer for Security Guards
Services decreased by various incidents involving the
Security Guards who become a criminals to the incidents
3. Security Companies would have to bear the loss for
damages resulting from the theft or loss of goods whether
cause by negligence or committed by the security officers
themselves.

Solution Taken By SRT-EON Security

Services Sdn. Bhd.
Should be enforced the security vetting system (e-vetting) and

use of personal information and citizenship detector security

guards through agency link up system (ALIS). Passed in all of
these systems should be mandatory for the recruitment of
security guards working in a company to avoid hiring noncitizens guards.
Security guard companies must offer a reasonable salary to the
welfare of workers and to avoid irregularities in the workplace.
All security guards are required to attend a basic course before
starting the work. The basic course conducted by security
guards PPKKM is a military-style policing and services focused
on security and public property as well as the efficiency of
handling firearms. It is necessary to make the security guards
are more skilled in performing their duties.

CONCLUTION
Security Services Sdn Bhd has been

conducting a variety of ways to

overcome the drop in demand for
security caused various internal and
external problems involving security
guards either itself or other factors.
