After complete loading of the Truck showing
officer card at the batch controller .

TLF Activity : To change the batch controller


to either manual mode or automatic mode
from the control room we can see through
this command.
TLF Overview :Individual batch controller and
bay status can be seen through this
command. Any alarms occurs in BCU it can
also be see through this command.

Bay Queue: In TLF to each bay how many


trucks are allocated to that bay and how
many trucks are loading and how many
trucks are waiting inside all can be seen
through this command.
Trucks Authorized: Trucks allocated quantity
, shipment number, FAN number, truck
status, quantity loaded and remaining
quantity yet to be loaded these details can be
seen through this command.

TLF Activity : in this command it shows the


graphical view with addition to details of
truck number, bay number, status of loading
,etc. but this command gives only details
truck which are loading inside TLF.
BAY control: Selecting a certain bay and one
out of two BCU status can be checked at a
time.

continuous maintenance of air eliminators,


strainers , pd meters & digital control valves.
calibrating the batch controller with digital
control valve to give exact quantity.
proper maintenance of control room and
servers.

Setting the tanks which are used for delivery


in sequence 1 if there is a Tank change that
Tank will be in sequence 2 after setting in
sequence initially tank body valves will be
opened automatically .
Assignment of pump which is to be operated
in sequence.

After opening of Tank body valve then the


sequence of MOVs to the pump from the
Tank are opened and then output from pump
to TLF way MOVs are opened automatically .
Lets see the MOVs which are opened in tank
farm as an example for MS 101A tank
delivery.

Status of following pumps can be seen from


control room
HSD pumps,
MS pumps,
SKO pumps,
ETHANOL pumps,
DG SET,
Fire Water pumps,
Jockey pumps.

Pressure indications at TLF header, product


pumps can be seen from control room
Online density record of the current time and
the past records are also available for the day

Daily at morning 7:00 A.M the radar gauges


dips of all tanks were posted along with
densities and tank temperatures into the SAP
Then we change the tanks which are under
pipeline to status and changing the radar
gauges dip tanks to handling over dip values
and updating

Daily the opening reading and closing


readings of each BCU is obtained in the report
and the total quantities of MS BCUs , HSD
BCUs and SKO BCUs will also be obtained in
the report.
Also loss gain report can be generated by
calculating the differences between SAP
invoiced quantity and total quantity delivered
by the BCUs in the TLF
