What you want to say in Fewest possible way
Eliminate wordy expressions.
Wordy: 1) Due to the fact that. 2) At this time
Concise: 1) Because 2) Now
Include only Relevant Material.
Avoid Unnecessary Repetition.
Use Shorter Names

CONSIDERATION
Focus on you instead of I or We.

Show Audience benefit or interest in the receiver.
* Try make his Benefit
Emphasize positive/pleasant fact.
* you dont know to play,

Use specific facts and figures.

Use the Right level of language.
