He earned M.B.A concentration in corporate finance from Graduate School of Management, Rutgers
University at Newark, New Jersey, USA; and Mechanical Engineer from Mechanical Engineering Department,
ITB, Bandung.
He has more than 20 years of working experience in Banking Industry, Private Sectors. Currently, he is an
Independent Member of Risk Monitoring Committee & Audit Committee at foreign bank.
He was a Compliance & Risk Management Director Bank Maybank Indocorp, Chief of Internal Auditor Bank
Maybank Indocorp, Bank Bumiputera Tbk and Bank Buana Tbk. He was a Treasury Dealer, Account Manager,
and Credit Officer at Bank BAPINDO (state bank was merged to be Bank Mandiri in 1999).

Kin Tjendrasa is the Oil and Gas business professional with international
experiences, he specializes in oil and gas investment economics, financing;
business valuation, M&A and project economic evaluation. He has 19 years of
experiences in Indonesian Oil and gas PSC economic evaluation and gas / LNG
marketing evaluation, including PSC financial and cost accounting, coupled with
the translation of PSC Financial Accounting to US, UK and International
GAAP. Kin has been working for ARCO, BP and EMP for 28 years with 21 years in
oil and gas financing and economics. Kin worked in Texas for a year (1989/1990)
and three years in UK (2000/2003).
Kin holds an MBA / MM degree from Monash University - Melbourne, Australia /
IPMI - Jakarta graduated in 1996 with distinction. He also holds Chemical
Engineering Degree from University of Southern California, Los Angeles,
California, 9007 he earned in 1981. Prior to United States, Kin has a bachelor of
art degree in English Literature from Islamic University of North Sumatra in
1975. In addition, he has attended 50 plus professional seminars on economic
and strategic management in around the world to keep him updated. He has
been teaching special economics classes and seminars for the last 16 years.

Graduated from University of Hawaii at Manoa, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA in 1984
with BBA in International Business & Finance, he started his capital market
carreer back in USA as stockbroker trainee with NASD series 7.

In 1985 he began his banking experience with The Chase Manhattan Bank NA
(Jakarta & Singapore) untill 1990 and moved back to the capital market
industry with The Nomura Securities of Japan as Director of Corporate
Finance in Indonesia. Later he joined with Barclays-Niaga group and
Danareksa, the Indonesian state-owned enterprise, before presently sit as
chairman of Overseas Securities, a local boutique investment banking firm
with focus in the M&A and general capital market activities.

Daniel has been active in the domestic capital market industry such as
Assosiasi Wakil Penjamin Emisi Efek & Assosiasi Penasihat Investasi besides
Panitia Standard Profesi Pasar Modal, an independent body responsible for
certification for those who is interested to be an Underwriter, Stockbroker or
Investment Manager. He also involved in the Indonesian Institute of
Corporate Directorship, an educational institute for Good Corporate
Governance, and KADIN for USA Committee as well enjoys learning.

An accredited business valuer and member of the Indonesia Institute of Business
Valuer (IPPUI) with acclaimed success in corporate restructurings, mergers, and
acquisitions and deal structuring for placement in capital market. His experience over
the years has a proven track record in corporate finance and advisory services
covering prominent Indonesia corporates, conglomerates and state owned enterprises
in Indonesia. Hi started his career in capital market at Credit Suisse, Singapore. Mr.
Rao was the director of Corporate Finance at Delloite & Touche Corporate Finance,
Jakarta before founding Truscel Capital together with Mr. Ruky and Ms. Gandasubrata.

Mr Rao acquired an MBA from Asian Institute of Management, Philippines. He has
attended courses at the New York Society of Security Analysts Inc. in Equity Valuation
Tools & Techniques, and training at The National University of Singapore in General
Management Program.
He has unique experience of being in the real sector during his initial years and then
continuing to become a Financial Consultant at Arthur Andersen, Indonesia,
subsequent to which he has qualified himself as an Investment Banker by floating five
Initial Public offerings in the Indonesian Market as a lead underwriter.

He also has conducted Road shows in supporting the management of the company to
promote the shares to be issued and supported the management in the book building
phase, determine the IPO price for the shares to be issued, developed the company
prospectus, etc.
