Education level is found as a key requirement for getting jobs. The arithmetic mean of gross salary for the employed persons is BDT.31,900, which is relatively high. Expected salary of unemployed persons ranges from BDT.20-30,000 in most cases, which is quite rational. Communication skill, smartness, honesty, relationship management, decision making, leadership, intelligence, hard work, and academic background are considered as key elements for success by majority respondents.
