Good academic result, influential relatives may help in career , but selfishness, politics & unethical activities are totally unacceptable in any organization
Recommendation Salary & Bonus Structure should be restructured positively at corporate offices Unnecessary target / too much workload to be decreased at a tolerance level Work environment also should be improved Deserving promotions shouldnt be delayed too much Hard working, intelligence, honesty, leading capacity, skills, smart dress up are important to be successful.
