Elements of being successful in career
(continued.)
Findings
Expectation level of new job seekers have been increased
than previous (due to higher cost of living)
Number of job changing is frequent & mostly its being
happened for Salary & promotion
Main reasons of satisfaction in job are: Higher Salary, Good
working environment, social status and Good relation with
boss & colleagues
On the other hand the prime reasons of dissatisfaction are:
lower salary & poor bonus structure and too much work load
Delayed promotion also makes employees frustrated
Hard working, intelligence, honesty, leading capacity, skills,
smart dress up are important to be successful. Good
academic result, influential relatives may help in career , but
selfishness, politics & unethical activities are totally
unacceptable in any organization

Recommendation
Salary & Bonus Structure should be restructured positively
at corporate offices
Unnecessary target / too much workload to be decreased at
a tolerance level
Work environment also should be improved
Deserving promotions shouldnt be delayed too much
Hard working, intelligence, honesty, leading capacity,
skills, smart dress up are important to be successful. Good
academic result, influential relatives may help in career ,
but selfishness, politics & unethical activities, too much
biasness must be avoided
