Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you
who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of
gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be
tempted. Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law
of Christ.

31
Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and
slander, as well as all types of evil behavior.

32
Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving
one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.
(Ephesians 4:31-32 NLT)
29
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your
mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up
according to their needs, that it may benefit those who
listen.

30
And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom
you were sealed for the day of redemption.

31
Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and
slander, along with every form of malice.

32
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving
each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
(Ephesians 4:29-32 NIV)

And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to
everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, correcting
his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them
repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, and they may
come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil,
after being captured by him to do his will.
2 Timothy 2:24-26 ESV

18
"Come now, let us settle the matter," says the
LORD. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they
shall be as white as snow; though they are red as
crimson, they shall be like wool.

19
If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the
good things of the land;

20
but if you resist and rebel, you will be
devoured by the sword." For the mouth of the
LORD has spoken.

12
He has removed our
sins as far from us as the
east is from the west.
(Psalm 103:12 NLT)

You have not gained him/her if you have not
truly forgiven him/her in your heart.

Jesus Christ gained us back to himself because He
forgave us!

the altar and there remember that your brother
or sister has something against you,

leave your gift there in front of the altar.
First go and be reconciled to them; then come
and offer your gift.

Horizontal Reconciliation
first, then Vertical
Reconciliation!

Reconciliation with Man first,
then Reconciliation with
God!

18
All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself
through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:

19
that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ,
not counting people's sins against them. And he has
committed to us the message of reconciliation.

20
We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God
were making his appeal through us. We implore you on
Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God.

21
God made him who had no sin to be sin

for us, so that in
him we might become the righteousness of God.
