At the heart of Jesus preaching

Promises that sustain hope in the midst of
tribulations

of divine origin (God has placed it in the human
heart in order to draw man to the One who alone
can fulfill it)
Reveal the ultimate goal of human existence
(KINGDOM OF GOD)

The Beatitude is a form of speech that proclaims the
happiness or blessedness of one or more persons in
certain circumstances or under certain conditions.
It comes from a Latin word BEATUS or
BEATITUDO which means MADE HAPPY. Why
people were made happy? surely, because Salvation
comes into the midst
