3. Inventory management
4. Shipping and payment

ERP made our company more flexible and less rigidly structured , which
enhanced the businessinternally and externally.
ERP improved data security.
ERP provided us an integrated real-time view of core business processes, using
common databases maintained by a database management system.
ERP systems helped us track business resourcescash, and the status of
business commitments: orders, purchase orders, etc.

Customer Database-We now create a data for all existing and new customer. Two types of
customer data are stored about a customer sales data and accounting data

Contact Person for Customer-The contact person defines a specific person to communicate
with when dealing with pre-sale activity.

Customer Inquiry , Check Availability and Customer Quotation-Along with the inquiry we
provided the quotation or sales information without obligation. An inquiry can relate to
materials or services, conditions, and if necessary delivery dates.

Sales Order Referencing a Quotation-As a result, it simplified the order creation process by
copying the quotation into a sales order.

Discount Pricing-It reduced the arithmetical errors and transparency

Customer Invoice and Billing Document -The system calculated the differences between
original amount and corrected amount, thus making the process more cost-effective.

Also when there are any corrections in the number or seats of tickets ordered earlier it
resulted in delay and inaccurate invoicing as against now.

ERP helped in integration of sales and accounting processes-: Earlier the sales department
was not integrated with our accounts department ,so accounting information were never up
to date, thus creating problem in cash management and receivable management.
