4.2 EMS Policy model of EMS Policy

ABC Sdn Bhd , is committed to maintain its Environmental management System in sound
state. It stresses strict compliance of all applicable rules and regulations, maximizing resource
utilization and reduction in waste generation. To adhere to its commitments and values the
company shall endeavor to:-
Regularly set and review objectives for continual improvement in work environment
performance.
Ensure compliance of all required statutory, legal and regulatory norms and strive to
achieve beyond set and new standards.
Ensure safe working environment through continuous monitoring and controlling work
place hazards with a view to protect our employees and community.
Conserve key resources like water, air, fuel, raw material and energy by monitoring and
optimizing their use
Policy will be made available to relevant parties and communicated to all employees for
awareness and to encourage their active participation in the environment management
system.
