Railway Safety Authority
establish and supervise the general
organization regulating railway safety, and
issue licenses and related safety certificates to
railway undertakings and infrastructure
managers.

Railway Competition Regulatory
Authority
regulate and supervise liberal, transparent
and non-discriminatory access to railway
market and to settle the disputes between the
railway undertakings and infrastructure
managers.

Railway Accident Investigation and
Research Board
Board shall be established as independent
from railway undertakings and infrastructure
managers, for the purpose of researching and
investigating accidents and raising safety
recommendations as necessary.
