Pakistan should provide its citizen secure environment for online transactions and try to reduce the misconception about the online shopping by starting the campaigns about the benefits of online shopping and its convince. Try giving access of internet in rural areas and spreading the awareness about the internet and its beneficial usage. One of the main problems in Pakistan is frequent power failure which is a big hurdle in internet access. Break the monopoly of PTCL BOARDBAND give people low rates of internet packages. Pakistan should improve its ACTS which are against the internet crime.

The main drive of the information strategy is on Improving the quality of life. Developing a cyber-village. Establish e-commerce information center. Founding science and technology parks. Promoting electronic government.

The draft policy should focuses on the main elements which are impacting on the e-commerce Appealing new capital to the IT sector Creating IT infrastructure, projects, parks etc. Cultivating economic development and global competitiveness in other sectors of the economy, such as service sectors like travel, finance, professional and insurance services. Encouraging collaboration among government and private organization in harmonization, regulation, and standardization effort required supporting trade and sector services. To develop the training facilities in IT at schools, universities and other levels to produce skilled manpower.

Conclusion: The main reason for the late entry of Pakistan in eecommerce industry has been the lack of information, nonavailability of human resources required and the cost of connections provided by the telecommunications. It is high time that the polices are formulated and implemented. A speedy action can result in a very sharp growth in Pakistans exports but delayed action may result into loss of the existing share of trade.
