products faster and more effectively, manufacturers, distributors and retailers worldwide are implementing global data synchronization strategies and turning to the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN).
The Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) is an
Internet-based end-to-end integration system, allowing trading partners (Manufacturers, Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers, Food Service operators and Healthcare organizations) to securely access and exchange product information in real-time.
Trading partners always have the latest information in their systems, and any changes made to one company's database are automatically
and immediately provided to all of the other companies who do business with them.
The GDSN uses the GS1 system based upon the Global Trade Identification Number (GTIN). GDSN connects data pools to the
GS1 Global registry a global yellow pages directory operated by GS1 GDSN, Inc.
Global data synchronization (GDS) is an ongoing business process that enables continuous exchange of data between trading partners to ensure synchronized information. GDS is based on a publish/subscribe model. The supplier is required to publish its product information to a data pool, and the data pool then matches the published data to the known subscribers of the data. The product information can be about price, party, and other relationship-specific attributes. This process ensures that all stakeholders for a product are notified about the latest information about the product.
publish all of their item information in a single and consistent process for all other trading partners that are connected to the GDSN.
supply chain,
reducing supply chain errors, providing accurate, up-
vendor/supplier to a retailer/distributor -labor-intensive and error-prone -the transfer of data very slow, information likely to outdate
Due to these traditional method barriers and hurdles issues, industry groups decided to work together on new technologies such as Global Data Synchronization (GDS), To help ease and speed the transfer of product data from manufacturer to retailer, as well as to increase accuracy and security. The following figure shows the flow of product data between trading partners, data pools, and the global registry with in the GDSN.

partners Data is validated against standards and business rules ensuring its accuracy Trading partners classify their products in a common, standardized way Trading partners have a single point of entry through their chosen data pool, reducing the cost of using multiple vendors The uniqueness of items, such as products, cases, pallets etc., is guaranteed through the GS1 Global Registry

Global Standards manage how the product data is
to synchronize our item information with suppliers, according to global industry standards, by utilizing the same format for all trade items and parties to improve accuracy.
Synchronizing data globally dramatically reduces time
spent manually entering and adjusting information, making it possible to focus valuable resources on your core business.
duplicate systems and processes Reduced costs through the removal of inefficiencies and exceptions Improved on-shelf availability, resulting in increased sales Enhanced collaboration between trading partners Support of new supply chain processes, for example, home shopping or RFID
Corporate Management
Simplify corporate reporting Expand geographic retailer base Eliminate IT system redundancy Create an opportunity for shared services Maximize retail exposure/product posting Reduce time spent on complaints/disputes
Category/Promotion Management
Improve visibility/stock level planning Simplify and enhance category reporting Reduce product introduction lead time Reduce product promotion lead time

Moving object tracking This application enables to
measure motion parameters and acquire visual record of the moving object. The different types of approach to track an object are: Motion based tracking Recognition based tracking
This involves examination of the bulb manufacturing process. Due to no uniformity in the pitch of the wiring in the lamp, the filament of the bulb gets fused within a short duration.
In this application, a binary image slice of the filament is
created from which the silhouette of the filament is fabricated. Silhouettes are analyzed to recognize the non uniformity in the pitch of the wiring in the lamp. This system is being used by the General Electric Corporation.
it is essential to detect the flaws on the surfaces. For instance, it is essential to detect any kind of aberration on the rolled metal surface in the hot or cold rolling mills in a steel plant. Image processing techniques such as texture identification, edge detection, fractal analysis etc are used for the detection.
Faulty component identification This application
identifies the faulty components in electronic or electromechanical systems. Higher amount of thermal energy is generated by these faulty components. The Infrared images are produced from the distribution of thermal energies in the assembly. The faulty components can be identified by analyzing the Infra-red images.

GSM / GPRS
A GPS tracking device is installed in your vehicle and records the coordinates. The tracking device has a built in capability to send messages over the GSM network to our servers which in turn use the same data to show on a map. You need to login to the website to locate your vehicle or simply send us a mail / text message (sms) or call us on our numbers.
