General Description of English Teachers for 21st century learners

Century 21 is known to everyone as the century of knowledge which is the main foundation of all aspects of life. 21st century learning paradigm emphasizes the student's ability to think critically, able to connect with the real world of science, master of information technology communication, and collaboration. The achievement of these skills can be achieved by the application of appropriate learning methods in terms of mastery of the material and skills. The ability to connect science to the real world is done by getting students to see life in the real world. Interpret any teaching materials to the application in life it is important to encourage students' motivation. In particular in elementary education is still relatively concrete thinking, the ability to connect any teacher teaching material with real life will improve mastery of the material by students. 21st century learning skills have characteristics:

Critical thinking and problem solving. Creativity and innovation. Collaboration, teamwork, and leadership. Cross-cultural understanding, communications, information, and media literacy. Computing and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) literacy. Career and learning self-reliance.
