PERFECT CONTINUOUS I have been studying English for 5 years. I had been studying English for 5 years before I moved to London. I will have been studying English for over two hours by the time you arrive.

PAST

Two years ago, I studied English in England.

I was studying English when you called yesterday.

FUTURE

I am going to study English next year

I will be studying English when you arrive tonight.

I will have studied every tense by the time I finish this course.

Info or fact which is true all the time.

Info which is true at the time of speaking

A repeated or habitual action

When clauses

Adverb comes before the verb. Formation of simple present and past tense

Duration before something in the past
