STATUS OF PREV WORKSHOP (2013) RECOMMENDATIONS

3.1 - OVERHAUL QUALITY

SL.NO DESCRIPTION 3.1.1 Engineering declaration having rolled out in SAP should be initiated by respective maintenance HOD's for compilation of scope of work by MTP. Identification of material and services is to be populated from ABB data in the OPI system of ERP. STATUS REMARK Being done by MTP Authorisation with HOD MTP Only

3.2 - PTW in ERP PM module

DESCRIPTION
It was decided to ensure timely cancellation of PTWs in ERP system along-with the present system of cancellation in Hard copy. No PTW cancelled in Hard copy should be pending in ERP. As per the scheme, normalization has to be done after cancellation of PTW in the Online System. Station to ensure generating Normalization slip for system Normalization as it is presently being done through isolation slip.

Performance of T-code ZPTWREG will be seen after adding further fields in selection criteria of this report e.g Planner group, & work centre. 3.3 - Spare Monitoring

3.5 - e-Procurement
SL.NO DESCRIPTION 3.5.1 At present about 78 % procurement is being done through SRM e-procurement process, therefore all the PR is to be initiated in Kcategory and it is to be changed to U-category at P.O stage for monitoring in OPI by site C&M section, as stated by ERP-PM group. Format for sending the data pertaining to Linking problem in OPI is provided by CC-ERP (MM) group. Annexure-IV STATUS Being followed compulsorily for all cases above 10 lacs. And also started for cases above 05 lacs REMARK

3.7 - Activity Based Budgeting

3.8 - Maintenance Optimisation

3.9 - Safety Issues

SL.NO 3.9.1 DESCRIPTION In safety module risk assessment data, already available at station through OHSAS is to be complied by CC-safety from all the station and same is to be given to PM ERP group for uploading in the Safety module of SAP. STATUS CC-Safety REMARK Dec 13
