1. Chairman opening remarks.

The chairman welcomed all members to the fifth meeting of committee of the IPG Kampus Darulaman Student Council.

2. Adoption of agenda
The proposed agenda was accepted without amendments. Agenda of meeting was as follows : 1. Chairman opening remarks. 2. Adoption of agenda. 3. Confirmation of minutes of the forth meeting. 4. Deliberation of Teachers Day Celebration 2011. 5. Other matters arising. 6. Adjourment of meeting.

3. Confirmation of minutes (4/2011)

The minutes of the last meeting (4/2011) were noted and approved as true record of the meeting with minor amendments on the numbering. The minutes of the last committee meeting were read out and possed unanimously without any amendments. Nurliyana binti Muhamad proposed that the minutes be possed and they were seconded by Hidayu Shoib.

4. Deliberation of Teachers Day Celebration 2011.

Checklist all the things that had not been prepared by committee members. Discuss on how the flow of Teachers Day Celebration 2011. Decide the budget or allocation of the celebration. Teachers Day speech by Director and student representive. Entertainment presented class by class such as singing, nasyeed, theathre and acting.

5. Other matters arising.

5.1 of Mohd Azhar bin Rasli brought to attention the of Teachers Day Celebration 2011. Some the activities suggested were presentation on entertainment class by class such as singing, nasyeed, theathre and acting. Taharah binti Abdullah also suggested for food and refreshments. All of their suggestions were unanimously accepted.

6. Adjourment of meeting.

The Chaiman thanked all members for being presented for the day. The meeting was adjourment at 1.30 p.m. Next meeting was set tentatively on 20 July 2011.
