Pressure Detection
Advantages
Principle of detection: Punch force exerted on rollers and the roller force is measured by the sensor. No need for conversion of the signal. The value displays on the screen directly German Tedea-Huntleigh gravity sensor; The sensor is installed directly below the roller center with capacity to 10T . Detect directly. Because it is located under the roller center detection errors can be avoided. Operating Method
No hand adjustment wheels. Main machine is separated from electrical cabinet, which keeps potential dust away from controls. Pressure and filling position are controlled by servo motor synchronized with the encoder and displayed on the HMI touch screen High accuracy with precision to 0.01mm
Force Feeding
Double layer 3 paddle wheel central powder feeding device Top stir wheel increase the powder fluidity and consistency Bottom stir wheels for powder filling and dosing provides precise filling depth control Feeding motor controlled by frequency converter with overload protection and variable speed control.
Dust collection system is aluminum alloy. Thumb screws mean it is easily dismantled and cleaned completely.

Lubrication System
Double lubrication system. Grease for bearings and oil for punches and guide rails. Batch type and low flow auto pressure oil lubrication system. Precision distributing valve and central lubrication pump. Oil amount controlled by electrical system with interval controls avoids tablet contamination caused by oiling splashing. Sealed central grease lubrication system is clean, convenient and reliable. Upper punch caps reduce oiling. U.S. Bijur oil and grease lubrication system with alarm provides reliable and fail safe lubrication.

Other Functions
Permanent magnetic force damping for lower punches. Lower punches have no contact with damping melt, which extends punch life and guarantee the consistency of damps, avoiding punch bounce and unrestrained drop down with reduced operating noise. Oil and dust control for the dies and punches.
Conforms to GMP
Stainless construction and smooth surfaces within tablet press area. Electronics and drive components are separate from tablet press area. Dustproof and oil proof sealing protection for punch holes effectively keeps powder from penetrating drive parts. Dust cover on the touch screen maintains a clear display. 360 access for cleaning.
