Pressure Detection

Advantages
Principle of detection: Punch force exerted on rollers and the roller force is measured by the sensor. No need for conversion of the signal. The value displays on the screen directly German Tedea-Huntleigh gravity sensor; The sensor is installed directly below the roller center with capacity to 10T . Detect directly. Because it is located under the roller center detection errors can be avoided. The result is increased accuracy in filling dosage and even tablet weight Easy changing and calibration can be completed in the field Not effected by time and temperature Easy to test and verify. Punch Orientation Method


A 2000 string encoding count plate is installed on the turret. After 4 frequency software conversion, the count plate becomes 8000 string. Each punch gets 8000/49=163 pulses. For each pulse we collect a press value. By comparing the pressing values, we arrive at the maximum press value. Punch orientation is easy to set up at an operator level and does not require maintenance staff for set up.. By setting up the parameters on the screen, the orientation can be completed.

Operating Method

Fans in the tablet press area and drive area maintain positive pressure reducing any powder build up. Modular structure. Upper rollers, lower rollers and dosing parts are easily removed. Each piece fixed by four screws. All the guide rails can be easily changed for machine maintenance. Change over time of all the guide rails and rollers is less than 1 hour. Rubber ring sealing for dies keeps them clean

Lubrication System
Double lubrication system. Grease for bearings and oil for punches and guide rails. Batch type and low flow auto pressure oil lubrication system. Precision distributing valve and central lubrication pump. Oil amount controlled by electrical system with interval controls avoids tablet contamination caused by oiling splashing. Sealed central grease lubrication system is clean, convenient and reliable. Upper punch caps reduce oiling. U.S. Bijur oil and grease lubrication system with alarm provides reliable and fail safe lubrication.

Machine Guide Rails


Precision guide rails control the movement path of upper and lower punches. All the filling rails use cosine curve and added lubrication points, which extends the useful life. Also reducing the punch abrading and noise. All the cams, guide rails are processed by CNC, trilinear coordinate measuring instrument, which guarantee the precision of helicoid and even curve arcs resulting in guaranteed stable punch movement.

Machines are equipped with different guide rail sets for thick and light tablets pressing. Guide rails change over is easily done in less than an hour. Equipped with guide rails auto recognition device. The guide rails are recognized automatically after installation. Position of dosing guide rails and press rollers are automatically adjusted to a safe position if the wrong guides are installed.

Other Functions
Permanent magnetic force damping for lower punches. Lower punches have no contact with damping melt, which extends punch life and guarantee the consistency of damps, avoiding punch bounce and unrestrained drop down with reduced operating noise. Oil and dust control for the dies and punches.
