For each school to produce a draft School Improvement Plan (SIP) .

Each School Planning Team will be assigned a SIP coach which will provide technical guidance and support.

Provide the necessary templates (in eformat) to facilitate the preparation of the SIP.

Each SPT is provided with a SIP Preparation Manual.

To visually represent the achievement of outputs by the SPTs, a roadmap will be used.

Each pit stop represents an output that the SPT needs to produce .

Participant-Care
A vehicle is provided to represent each School Planning Team. The vehicle is moved when the output/s has been validated by each SPTs SIP coach .

Participant-Care
All outputs need to be signed by all SPT members. Signed and validated outputs will be placed in an envelope provided for each SPT.
