Sovereign debt crisis: need to increase the quality of public expenditure. MFF: New conditionality provisions will be introduced to ensure that EU funding is focused on results and creates strong incentives for Member States to ensure the effective delivery of Europe 2020 objectives and targets through ohesion policy!"
