Mission Statements
A mission statement defines what an organization is, why it exists, its reason for being. At a minimum, your mission statement should define who your primary customers are, identify the products and services you produce, and describe the geographical location in which you operate.

Vision statement
A vision statement is sometimes called a picture of your company in the future but its so much more than that. Your vision statement is your inspiration, the framework for all your strategic planning.

Tactical or Operational objectives


Short-term goal whose attainment moves an organization towards achieving its strategic or long-term goals. Also called tactical objective.

Strategy
A business strategy is the means by which it sets out to achieve its desired ends (objectives). It can simply be described as a long-term business planning. Ethics
Business ethics are moral principles that guide the way a business behaves. The same principles that determine an individuals actions also apply to business.

Corporate Social Responsibility


The corporate belief that a company needs to be responsible for its actions socially, ethically, and environmentally.

Social Audit
Social audit: An analysis done by an external organization on the business impact on worker local communities, where they get their resources.

Environmental Audit
Environmental audit: An analysis done by an external organization on a business impact on the environment emissions of CO2, carbon footprint, resources contribution to community.
