According to a Grant Thorton Study conducted on 200 women in India between November 2012 and January 2013 The number of women in senior management has increased from 14% in 2012 to 19% in 2013 On an average, Only 49% of the Indian business provide flexible working compared to 67% globally There are only 15% women employees in Indian business in comparison to an average of 35% globally But, on a positive note, 42% of the Indian business have plans to promote women members to senior management roles in 2013 compared to 15% globally

Future Scope
A study can be done comparing the work life balance and stress levels of people working in private company, public sector and start-ups The current study can be extended to state-wise and culture wise across the country A special study can be done with students studying in different sectors
