Conclusion
Women can balance their work and life better than males People below the age of 30, i.e. in the early phase of their professional life, are unable to balance their personal life with their work The average stress levels are highest for people in the age group 31-40 and 41-50 years People with the dissatisfaction level of more than 4 have stress levels of average 95 as compared to dissatisfaction level of 1-3 with an average of 79 The stress levels follow a decreasing trend, i.e. 92 to 87, as the time devoted to exercises daily increases
Future Scope
A study can be done comparing the work life balance and stress levels of people working in private company, public sector and start-ups The current study can be extended to state-wise and culture wise across the country A special study can be done with students studying in different sectors
