Concept of Teacher Teacher = person who teaches Definition in Education Act 1996 1) Teaches in an educational institution 2) Prepares or produces teaching materials or examines answer scripts to be returned in, for or through a distance education center, inclusive of head teacher or principal.

Concept of Teaching Profession

Teaching profession has become more challenging Requires dedication and commitment of teachers time and effort Not only need to equip with pedagogical skills ( hard skills), but also need interpersonal skills ( soft skills) in order to develop human capital who are knowledgeable and highly skilled to meet the needs of development nation 2020.

Teachers roles :
1) Collaborate with their colleagues, administration and parents in a try to improve the teaching delivery mode as well as cope with pupils problems 2) Be involved in professional development programs 3) Assist pupils in developing their generic skills including communication and thinking skills. 4) Guide pupils regardless to gender, ethnics or social class to achieve a holistic development from the physical, emotional, spiritual and the intellectual aspects

Concept of Ibadah
Language : Obedience and submission , or in bahasa Arab , al-taah wal-khudu Islamic religious law. Means worship and adoration, service and subjection and extends to all expressions of servitude to Allah S.W.T. ( abbreviation for the words of Subhanahu Wa Taala. For example : persuit of knowledge, leading a pious life, and contributing to charity and humanity.
