This project report offers detailed regarding marketing of ACC cement in general and marketing performance and marketing share of ASSOCIATED CEMENT COMPANIES LTD., It also deals with a case study of SRI SHABAREESH AGENCIES, Sagar , reference have been made to marketing of other cements also so as to bring out comparative cements. In the modern world cement has gained so much recognition that no building is built without cement. It is deemed to be the best and only construction material at present . Even though cement is used by almost every man he does not know much about it. This project report attempts to bring about details regarding history, manufacturing process, types of cement available, problems in marketing if cement and other details regarding cement. efforts have also been made to get the opinion of dealers regarding marketing and other aspects of cement etc., and consumers opinion regarding ACC cement .

The Associated Cement Companies. Sir Nowroji B Saklatvala was the first chairman of ACC. The first board of directors had some prominent industrialists - J R D Tata, Ambalal Sarabhai, Walchand Hirachand, Dharamsey Khatau, Sir Akbar Hydari, Nawab Salar Jung Bahadur and Sir Homy Mody. ACC Limited is Indias foremost cement manufacturer with a countrywide network of factories and marketing offices. Established in 1936, ACC has been a pioneer and trend-setter in cement and concrete technology. Among the first companies in India to include commitment to environment protection as a corporate objective, ACC has won accolades for environment friendly measures taken at its plants and mines, and has also been felicitated for its acts of good corporate citizenship. ACC is the most preferred cement brand name in India. ACC is now part of the worldwide Holcim Group

Sciences such a psychology and sociology in fact the contribution og these science to marketing research have been very significant especially with regard to two aspect . The method adopted to conduct theis study may be classified into 2 two types.the information has been gathered through two sources. 1. Primary data 2. Secondary data.

ACC Ltd , are one of the oldest manufacturers of cement in India . It has earned a good name in short period. It should maintain and improve the same. ACC Ltd , sales officer visit the dealer regularly that is once in every month. ACC Ltd , should give credit facility to its dealers. ACC Ltd , should pay much attention towards watehousintg and transportation facilities .
