(Approx. Cost for each facility: Land acquisition of 25 kanals x 0.5 M = Rs. 12.5 M + Development charges Rs. 10 M= Rs. 22.5 M x30 nos. = Rs. 675 M)

YOUTH AFFAIRS
JAWAN MARAKAZ
CONCEPTUAL FRAME WORK: Youth Centers /Jawan Marakaz will be established in 25 districts for community driven initiatives. These Marakaz will be established in the existing government premises like sports complexes, local government institutions etc. A sum of Rs. 70 million has been allocated for this purpose in the CFY (Rs. 2.8 million per district).

Purpose:
Career counseling of the youth and students. Holding cultural and recreational activities for the youth. Promoting ethnic harmony and social cohesion. Mobilizing youth for voluntary social welfare programs & disaster management.

IMPLEMENTATION The local indigenous organizations, key activists, youth of the locality shall be taken on board as the members of larger Jawan centers advisory board. The advisory boards shall workout their own plans of action.
