times each week. It uses a granular approach which allows each order to cover the needs of the actual days for which it is placed. Allows the system to be more sensitive to SKUs, since SKUs are considered daily Creates the ability to give a daily percentage to a SKU that has a predictable selling pattern

Warehouse Shipping Receiving
Warehouse calendars give you the
ability to strictly define the days on which orders can be shipped and received at the warehouse. A warehouse shipping calendar allows you to have a different number of selling days per week for each warehouse. A warehouse receiving calendar is used in the calculation of the expected receipt date on purchase orders.

Define a fixed order cycle specifying: order days, the lead time and order cycle days supply for each order day, and optionally the receipt days. Compensate for situations where lead times and order cycles differ depending on the days of the week that the order is placed. For example, if you order on Monday to receive on Thursday, and order Thursday to receive Monday, your order cycle is 4 days for the Monday order, and 3 days for the Thursday order.

Multi-Source
Allows you to purchase an item from several
vendors simultaneously while controlling the percentage of total demand that is filled by each of the vendors. Fulfills two primary needs:
