Bullying

(Vocabulary)

Bullying
Bullying is a form of abuse. It is an intentional act meant to hurt another person emotionally or physically. Bulling is bad.. Dont make others feel sad.

Ciberbullying
Using the internet or electronic devices to engage in verbal or social bullying. Spreading rumors on social media sites and sending hurtful text messages or e-mails are a few examples.

Think twice what you type.


Delete cyber bullying, dont write it, dont foward it.

Bully
Someone who uses their strength or power to frighten or hurt someone who is weaker

Bullies are not cool theyre just cruel

Discrimination
The act of treating one or more people differently or worse. It takes a stronger person to do whats right, dont belittle .

Humiliate
To deeply embarrass or ridicule someone to make him or her feel lower as a person. It isnt big to make make others feel small.

Victim
A person who has been bullied. Accept others for what they are, not for what they aren't

Harass
To bother or upset someone repeatedly through words and actions. Don't go around making others lives miserable just because you can, you don't know what they've been through or what is to come for them.

Manipulation:
The act of dishonestly influencing others for personal advantage. Not do what you do not want done

Indirect Bullying
The spreading of rumors, gossip, or anonymous actions that are meant to hurt another person. Think twice about what you say

Jealousy
A feeling of resentment towards someone because of that persons success or advantages.
Bullies often bully other people because they are jealous of them.

Name-Calling
Verbal bullying that involves put-downs, insults, racial slurs, and other unpleasant names.
Nasty Names hurt just as much as a knife.

VERBAL BULLYING
Teasing, name-calling, spreading rumors, insulting, mean jokes, threats, or other verbal attacks that make us feel hurt or threatened. Verbal torments can lead to depression and even suicide, in some cases.

If you wouldnt want someone to say something to you, then dont say it to them.

SOCIAL BULLYING
Excluding or teasing others who are different from you and your friends. Or, picking someone last or not at all for kickball, just because you dont like them or they are un popular among your friends. Social Bulling is cruel so dont act like a fool.

Malicious
Intentionally being vicious, causing suffering and harm to others.

Shy
Nervous and embarrassed about meeting and speaking to other people, especially people you don't know. Children are not born shy, the people makes.

Gossip:
Telling things about another person that may or may not be true in a negative manner in order to spread lies. Gossip is for losers

Panic
A sudden strong feeling of fear or nervousness that makes you unable to think dearly or behave sensibly. Not let the panic come into your life for bullying.

Bystander
A person who witnesses an act of bullying and does nothing to stop it or to get help.

There Are No Innocent Bystanders If you're standing around watching, you're part of the problem not the solution.

Stereotype
A generalization, usually exaggerated or oversimplified and often offensive, that is used to describe or distinguish a group of people Respect the differences, live your life and let others live.

Hate Crime
A crime, usually violent, motivated by prejudice or intolerance toward a member of a gender, racial, religious, or social group. It Takes a Wimp to Be A Bully.

Prejudice
Prejudice an opinion about a person or a group of people that is made before knowing them. Not judge a person without knowing.

Intimidation
To frighten or theaten someone into making tem do what you want Intimidation is like smoking, it can kill.
