Eligibility Individual artist or a team of artists

Minimum of 5 years in professional art practice

A Washington State resident 18 years of age or older

May not be:

Graduate or undergraduate matriculated student. Current Board members, Honorary Committee members, staff, consultants, contractors or current Arts Innovator Award panelists or their immediate family members. Previous recipient of the Arts Innovator Award. Affiliated with Chihuly Studio, Portland Press or the Dale and Leslie Chihuly Foundation or be a lineal descendant or ancestor of Dale or Leslie Chihuly or a spouse of a lineal descendant or ancestor of Dale or Leslie Chihuly.
