MUD PUMPS
TEXMAoffers complete mud pump units, new and remanufactured, equal and compatible with major OEM manufacturers. Our quality component parts are used exclusively in the remanufacturing process in order to ensure quality in every step of the process.

MODULES
TEXMAs modules are internally hardened from premium AISI 8320 or 4135 alloy steel. These highly durable modules are available in various congurations to meet a wide range of applications. Pressure ranges include 5,000, 7,500, and 10,000psi. Interchangeable suction and discharge connections enable adaptability to most uid ends, eliminating extensive spare parts inventories.

CRANKSHAFTS
TEXMAs crankshafts are precision machined, ground and highly polished from high tensile strength forged and cast steel blanks. Precise and accurate balancing guarantees extended run life of the rotating assembly.

CROSSHEADSAND GUIDES
TEXMAs crossheads and guides are precision machined from high-quality steel castings for a large variety of mud pumps.

BEARINGS
TEXMAs bearings are manufactured to precise OEM tolerances assuring proper t and alignment for extended service under extreme and demanding oileld conditions.

MANIFOLDS
TEXMA manufactures direct replacement manifolds both for suction and discharge to exact specications. Manifolds are available for all major pumps and consistent withANSI andAPI standards.

GEARS
TEXMAs gears are precision cut from castings or forgings, depending on gear applications, to OEM specications for exact interchangeability and extended service life.

DIAPHRAGMS & DISCHARGE CROSSES

TEXMAs diaphragms and discharge crosses are precision machined from high quality steel castings to assure OEM conformance under extreme pressures. They are available in a variety of different styles and sizes.

HY-CHROME LINERS
TEXMAs hy-chrome liners are made with a high chrome iron sleeve in a forged steel hull. The bore hardness is 60 to 67 on the Rockwell C scale, while the hull has a high tensile strength of more than 90,000 psi. Combining the characteristics of chrome with state-of-the-art manufacturing, the liners can withstand mud pressures of up to 10,000 psi. The life of our high chrome liners have proven to reach on average more than 800 hours of service. Such performance has earned TEXMAs high chrome liner an outstanding reputation for extended service operations.

HARDENED STEELLINERS
TEXMAs hardened steel liners are made from premium seamless steel tubes or premium forged steel in which the bore is carburized and quenched. This process creates a hardened layer at a Rockwell C scale hardness of 58 to 62, which yields excellent wear characteristics.

CERAMIC LINERS
TEXMAs ceramic liners offer longer run times and lower operating costs when compared to chrome iron liners. The ceramic sleeve material is manufactured from alumina oxide, known for its wear resistance and proven run times in all types of operating conditions. The outer hull material for large bore liners is manufactured from alloy steel to increase yield strength and aid in fatigue resistance. Ceramic liners are corrosion resistant and have a smoother surface nish which helps reduce friction and heat.

PISTONSAND PISTON RUBBERS

TEXMAs pistons are made to exact tolerances and include a variety of extended wear materials yielding an excellent service life. Piston combinations include the following in sizes ranging from 3 to 8 available for all pressures. Long Life Bonded Piston with Rubber and Fabric Long Life Bonded Piston with Urethane Long-life Bonded Piston with NBR Long-life Bonded Dual-Hardness High Pressure Piston High Temperature Piston All pistons and piston rubbers mentioned above are ideally suited for either oil-based or water-based mud and are fully interchangeable with OEM counterparts. Service life is dependent on elastomer choice which guarantees the maximum service life at the minimum cost.

CHROME PLATED LINERS

TEXMAoffers chromeplated liners made from premium forged steel with a chrome-plated bore. The chromeplated liners have hardening characteristics of 58 to 62 Rockwell C, which makes them an economical yet durable solution.

PISTON RODS & EXTENSION RODS

TEXMAs full line of piston rods and extension rods are available for various pumps. They are made of forged alloy steel with a thermal rening treatment that results in excellent mechanical characteristics. Duplex and triplex components are available.

GASKETSAND BAFFLES
TEXMAs gaskets for valve covers, cylinder heads and liner seals are made of polyurethane, rubber and or a combination of fabric and rubber resulting in a durable and exible material unyielding to high pressures and temperature.

CYLINDER HEADSAND VALVE COVERS

TEXMAs cylinder heads and valve covers are made from forged alloy steel and designed for quick and easy access to valves and liners during maintenance operations.

HYDRAULIC SEAT PULLERS

TEXMAs pullers offer a safe and economical option for removing seats quickly and efciently with no chance of damage to the seat deck. Sizes are available in from API 3 API 9. We offer a complete line of puller heads compatible with most models.

OTHER PARTS
We also supply other expendable uid end parts such as threaded rings, liner clamps, rod clamps, valve pot covers, liner cages, wear plates and valve guides for most major OEMs. These parts are machined from top quality material to ensure long hours of operation. Timely replacement of such parts can often extend uid end life and reduce costly repairs.

OILFIELD CHAINS
TEXMAs roller chains are available in many styles and congurations for a variety of oileld applications where they provide a combination of strength and durability.

HANDLING TOOLS
Texmas handling tools are manufactured for a wide range of drill pipe and casing, and in accordance toAPI 8A and ISO 9001 standards, certifying quality workmanship in every phase of manufacturing.

BUTTERFLYVALVES
TEXMAs buttery valves include lug and wafer type from 2 to 12 which come in a variety of materials and elastomers. Body rating isANSI CLASS 150 (285 psi non-shock) forANSI 150# ange patterns.

FORGED GATE VALVES

TEXMAs gate valves are designed to provide reliable line closures they are available in a variety of styles and line sizes, both in 3K and 5K pressures.

FLOAT VALVES
Drill Pipe Float Valves provide added blowout protection to prevent owback when string joints are added to reduce drill pipe plugging and interchangeable with distinguished brand values.

PRESSURE GAUGES
Available in an assortment of sizes, types and pressure tolerance ranges to provide quick and accurate readings in a variety of conditions. Some of which include type D, E and F in addition to other styles and congurations.

RELIEFVALVES
Available in several OEM congurations, sizes and pressure ratings.
