Engagement HR department at IBS undertakes a various number of activities to increase employee engagement with the organisation and to feel like at home while working A group called "Reflections" is created which undertake all the inside and outside sports and tour activities of employees at IBS A fixed budget is provided every financial year for engagement activity groups
