Job Description:
WILL GIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANCE TO THE HRD MANAGER IN HIS WORK IN AREAS RELATED TO : 1. HR DOCUMENTATION. 2. TIME KEEPING. 3. PAY ROLL PREPARATION. 4.OFFICE ADMINISTRATION 5. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT. 6. RECRUITMENT, INDUCTION, EXIT INTERVIEWS, TRAINING PLANNING & EXECUTION

Preparing and maintaining recruitment MIS; Consultant management Relationship Management; Send the requirement to the consultants, follow-up . HR Hygiene & Employee Engagement; Facilitate the medi-claim process. Reimbursement of medical expenses, Resolve basic salary Queries. Managing employee grievances and local issues; Design and implement fun activities Coordination amongst the fun committee; Develop employee connect by visiting all locations. Employee Separation formalities; Conduct Exit interview Empower clearance, updating the headcount accordingly Facilitating PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL process, monitoring performance throughout the process. Issuing warning letters incase of employment discretion (Absconding, and misbehavior).
Basically work on Training employees Co-ordinating training activities Good at Presentation & Inter Personal skills. Possess good knowledge about the type of business firm is in /employees deal with.
6. Monitors other projects and initiatives (e.g. Communication Plan; Attrition analysis; etc.) and communicates updates on time;
7. In a typical year it is expected that 60% of time will be spent in reporting & MIS, 10% on personal development and 30% will be spent on coordinating activities;
8. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned; 9. Selects or Procures training aids, including training handbooks, multimedia visual aids, tutorials, reference works etc.
Purpose and Scope : To design, develop and deliver training reports and MIS to meet
