MIS is management information system Its connects all the departments of the organisation ( marketing, finance etc ). It helps in generating the report consists of all the information from all the departments. After the reports are generated the manager needs to analyze and interpret the barriers which may occur during decision making process. It helps in decision making process. It is online system. It is cost effective.

We choose MIS as our software for our organization because of following factors Its consists of all the factors which we are looking for. It is online connected so manual and paper work is reduced. All departments are inter connected. The security is very good as database is used and the database are secured by passwords. Its cost effective for our company.

We will implement ERP in future , when our organization is at its mature state. ERP requires high cost which our company cant handle at present as it is in its growing stage.

CONCLUSION

As we can see that our company was in growing stage we opted for MIS as ERP was very costly and we can only opt for it when we are in our maturity state when our company gets constant profits.
