OFFICE HISTORY The architects office Planquadrat was founded in 1994 by the partners Herbert Elfers, Martin Geskes and Jrg Krmer and is operated as a partnership. FIELDS OF ACTIVITY The service spectrum of the firm comprises of residential, industrial, commercial, laboratories and institutional projects. The field of urban planning includes feasibility studies, urban master plan, legally binding land use plan and services accompanying marketing. The team is handling more than 50 projects in the region. Planquadrat, India: PQI was founded in 2009 and has rapidly growing offices in Mumbai & Bangalore with a team of 15 and 12 professionals on board respectively.
