Terms On appointment of a candidate, client must issue us a copy of the candidate Appointment Letter along with a detailed statement of remuneration offered along with the perks. According to a study by National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM), domestic business process outsourcing (BPO) firms would collectively employ about 5.4 lakh employees in the next four years as against 1.4 Lakh currently. In the same time period, it will achieve revenues of Rs. 22,800 crore from Rs. 6,900 crore in fiscal 2009, the study suggest. The report indicates a target of $50 billon by 2012 for the Indian BPO industry. This reflects a five-fold growth over the next five years and can create up to 2 million direct jobs in India, Everest Group Country Head Gaurav Gupta told reporters at the release of the study.
