Interview conducted of 5 Branch Managers based on questionnaire.

2} Secondary Data:
on Secondary data consist of various books Indian economy and Banking sector.

Result Or Finding:

Majority of the respondents, responded that orthodox banking and Emerging systems should move parallel.

Net Banking:

As an extreme case of e-banking World Wide Banking (WWB) on the pattern of World Wide Web (WWW) Ease on transactions can be visualized.

Mobile Banking:

A format in which cellular phones are used for the transaction purpose. A convenient method which is time saving and can be used anywhere

CRM Banking {Customer Relationship


Management}

The Process of developing a cooperative & collaborative relationship between the buyers and sellers is known as CRM CRM implies that everyone in the enterprise is focused on customer.

Green Channel Banking:

A system in Which Cash Can be deposited or withdrawn just by swapping the card in machines. Paperless Working.

Biological Banking:

It is a system in which cards are going to authenticated through finger prints scanning and retina scan. A system which is used to avoid misuse of Cards{Credit or Debit}.

Door To Door Banking:

A service which is given at home by the banks. The only thing customers have to do is, they will have to place there through through internet or Transaction donerequests DD(Demand Draft), mobile. Cheques can be easily done with this

Conclusion:
Because of recent trends in working system, working load has been reduced and it also leads to paperless work. Due to recent trends more competition is coming up so customer will be at the centre point
