Term of Reference (T.O.R) - terms of reference serves as a guidelines for the preparation of development in Special Area Plan (SAP) for Tanjung Piandang. Special Area Plan (SAP) - SAP contain proposals for a specific action areas identified by the State Authority / Local Authority. - Action Plan in the form of Management Plan supported by Detailed Layout Plan and the project schedule development.
