2. PRINCIPAUX TYPES DE METHODES DE DIAGNOSTIC BIOLOGIQUE EN PARASITOLOGIE 2.1. Intrt: Le diagnostic biologique des parasitoses est le meilleur
moyen daffirmer formellement la maladie. Car ce nest que du laboratoire que provient le diagnostic dune maladie parasitaire.
2.2. Le diagnostic biologique des parasites comporte 3 temps: 2.2.1. Diagnostic de certitude (recherche du parasite): EX: uf, Forme vgtative, Forme kystique, larve, adulte,
2.2.2. Diagnostic immunologique (recherche des AC et / ou des Ag). Ex: - Ac anti Toxo, Ac anti Trichinella, -Ag de Plasmodium sp

2.2.3. Diagnostic de prsomption (recherche des troubles mtaboliques et / ou fonctionnels dus aux parasites ).
Ex: - hmaturie, Anmie, Transaminases.
