Sources of Data
Primary Source : Data is collected by getting the questionnaire filled and by interviewing employees. Secondary Source : Data is collected from past accounts and records of the employees by going through the books provided by the bank. Sample Size :- Sample size is of 30 among Executives & Sr. Executives.

EFFECTS OF ABSENTEEISM
Normal work-flow in the office is disturbed. Difficulty is faced in completing the target on time. Employees lose wages for the unauthorized absence of work. Habitual Absentees may be removed from service causing them great hardship. When a number of employees absent themselves, there is extra pressure of work on their colleagues who are present.

Limitations
Time was biggest constraint. It was difficult to get appropriate absenteeism rate in just 2 months. There may be some people who are afraid to blame their superiors or to quote wrong about work Environment. So we have to But we cant rely on them. The Bank refused to give duplicate copies of the attendance books and other material as a security measure.
