THE DEMONSTRATION Add Photo:
To add a single photo to Picasa, please take the following steps:

Click the File menu. Select Add File to Picasa. Find the photo file you'd like to add and select it. Click the Open button.

You have total artistic control over your collage content and layout. Experiment with six different collage types in the hands-on collage creation screen. To create a picture collage, follow the instructions , Select the photos you'd like to include in your collage ,Click the Collage button in the Photo Tray or click the Create Photo Collage button in the folder or album header ,On the collage creation page, use the Settings and Clips tabs to control the appearance and content of your collage

You will need to open the photo. To open it, go to the File Menu and select Add Folder > share photo

In Picasa, you can Share photos in Picasa to upload and share your photos on Picasa Web Albums in a few short clicks. If you've signed up for Google+, you can use Picasa to share directly to people and circles in Google+. Click the Email function in Picasa to quickly email selected photos .

Alternative Commands :
