- Taking over a feedmill facility with a capacity 300,000MT per year & a breeding farm from PT Unggul Sari Citra Topfeed and PT Unggul Sari Citra Perdana - Established a new subsidiary, PT Bibit Indonesia - The Company went public and listed shares in JSX - Additional of 1 GPS farm at Majalengka with capacity to produce 720,000 Parent Stock per year - The Company set up new subsidiary i.e. PT Prima Fajar - Additional 1 PS farm in Probolinggo and 1 modern hatchery at Pasuruan with capacity 10.5 million DOC per year - In March 2008, the Company issue bond with total amount Rp 300 bio - The Company acquired LAP in April 2008 - Additional 1 feedmill capacity with 450,000 MT p.a in Cikande, Serang Banten - Additional 2 Farm PS DOC in Banjarmasin Borneo and Lampung Sumatera with total capacity 15 million commercial DOC per year - Additional 1 Farm GPS in Majalengka with capacity of 720.000 Parent Stock - The Company split its shares from nominal value Rp. 100/share to Rp. 20/share on June 15,2011 - Additional 2 PS Breeder stock farm in Surabaya and Pontianak with additional capacity 15 million DOC per year - Commence construction of further food processing factory - The A List on Forbes Indonesia Magazine, rank no 5. - Additional 2 PS Breeder di Kab.
