What ever best efforts , there is a chance for occurrence of

big and small errors. Instead of trying to overcome or rectify the mistakes, we actually try to hide or worst blame it on others. Fearing mistakes , employees even avoid taking risks altogether. This is not a good sign for an organization

The most effective way to overcome a mistake one should

create a favorable climate where mistakes are easily discuss , retified and overcome. The way you react to mistakes of your team matters a lot.
