CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Community members owe their primary professional allegiance to the University. Outside professional activities can cause an actual or perceived divergence between the University mission and an individuals private interests. Community members with other professional or financial interests shall disclose them in compliance with applicable conflict of interest policies.
Each community member complies with all laws & agreements with University policies pertaining to the use, protection and disclosure of such information.

Shall self-report within forty-eight (48) hours to appropriate authorities (as determined by district) any arrests/charges involving the abuse of a child or the sale and/or possession of a controlled substance.
Shall not use coercive means or promise special treatment to influence professional judgments of colleagues.
Shall keep in confidence personally identifiable information obtained in the course of professional service, unless disclosure serves professional purposes or is required by law.

The ethics code document should be prominently displayed in the campus and on the website of the institute. All members of the management, faculty, staff and students should be made to sign the code at least annually so that they
