PRODUCTION CYCLE
There are three stages in the production process They are: Water Chlorination- In this stage water is collected from the bore well which is then chlorinated. Filtration- In this stage, water is passed through different filters to kill the bacteria present in it. Filling- In the final stage, the water is Ozonated and then filled into bottles.

In this stage, raw water is collected from the bore well and will be stored on 4000 Lts tank. Then the water will be chlorinated to kill the bacteria present on it.

Media Filtration- The process of removing particles or

iron from the water source. Manganese greensand (A resin used to oxidize the soluble iron in water and then to filter it out) and anthracite are often used in combination to eliminate particles greater than 10 microns.

Scale inhibition- The method uses a composition

composed of low molecular weight polyacrylic and phytic acid in a synergistic combination and significantly reduces build up of calcium, magnesium, and/or iron scale.

which treats the water by balancing the necessary minerals and rejecting the remaining water which is not suitable for drinking. It contains semi-pomitable membrane which removes dissolved solids and bacteria. Thus making the water healthy, safe & suitable for drinking.

Ozonization- It keeps the water fresh and the oxygen

in the water kills the bacteria.

Filling the Jars- The empty water bottles are washed in

two ways. Firstly, the inner part will be cleaned with a special chemical. Then it is cleaned with a high pressure force. Then jars are passed on to jar fillers where it gets filled.
