true to the company about his credentials, how can the

US companies have a mandatory pre-employment
screening programme running before hiring any new
talent. A large part of the demand for screening services
has been driven by the regulatory requirements of
customers in the US. In short, employers are being
cautious. The current emphasis on security and safety has
dramatically increased the number of employment
background checks conducted.
 This exercise went a long way in helping an
employer to avoid misrepresentation of
information by job seeker. Early detection could
eliminate avoidable cost to the hiring entity later
on. The cost of a bad hire far exceeds the amount
of money one pays to conduct a background
check
Employment Verification:
 Is one of the most sought out checks by employers. It
includes the checking of the candidate’s current as well as
previous employments along with his tenure, designation
and the salary details with the organization. These details
are verified by authorized personnel (Human resource
department) in the organization

 The communication for these checks could be telephonic


or via mails. The preferred mode of communication,
especially for discrepancies would be a written format,
either by mail or a document personally signed by the
authorized personnel received via hand mail or fax.
Reference/ Supervisor
Verification

 It is the feedback of the candidate’s supervisor in


regards to his punctuality, job responsibilities,
performance, and eligibility for rehire, etc. These
comments are taken from an individual whom
the candidate was reporting to directly or
indirectly
Our consulting Fees:
 For each selected candidate 7% of the
annual C.T.C. package as per the
company’s offer letter for full time
employees.

 For employees under contract system


4% of annual C.T.C. package as per
the companys offer letter.
Payment Terms
 An invoice will be raised after the candidate
joins and is payable within 60 days from the date
of invoicing for full time employees.

 For employees on contract basis an invoice will


be raised after the candidate joins and is payable
within 21 days from the date of invoicing
 If any of the selected candidate leaves before 60
days in case of full time employees we would
provide free replacement.

 Similarly in case of employees on contract if the


employee leaves before 21 days ,again we would
provide free replacement.
