A simple definition of Web 2.0 is the Read/Write Web. The focus is on the ability for people to collaborate and share information online. Originally, the Internet was a place to locate information - mainly a "Read Only Web. As the Internet changed, web sites were developed allowing people "write" and share information.

2.0 PENGGUNAAN FACEBOOK DALAM P&P A) Pengenalan Facebook Sebuah tapak web rangkaian sosial Satu perkhidmatan yang menumpukan rangkaian sosial dalam talian untuk satu komuniti yang berkongsi kegemaran dan aktiviti Berasaskan web Pelbagai cara interaksi seperti perbualan dalam talian, bertukar pesanan, e-mel, video, perbualan suara, perkongsian fail, blog, kumpulan perbincangan Ciri-ciri unik seperti papan buletin, pemesejan segera, kebolehan menyiarkan video dan gambar serta menyiarkan maklumat bekerjasama dalam lingkungan sistem Konsep paling utama ditekankan ialah INTERAKSI

Menggunakan Facebook Dalam Pendidikan Memperkenalkan rangkaian sosial kepada pelajar Langkah-langkah i) membuka akaun Facebook dan menjadi kawan kepada rakan sekelas ii) Pengajar menubuhkan kumpulan dengan memasukkan nama kumpulan yang sesuai iii) Memprivasikan kumpulan tersebut iv) Menambahkan kesemua pelajar dalam kumpulan tersebut v) Menuliskan topik untuk memulakan perbincangan vi) Pengajar boleh memuatkan gambar yang berkaitan dan maklumat tertentu untuk pengkongsian dan perbincangan vii) Pengajar juga boleh memilihkan pelbagai aktiviti lain dalam kumpulan untuk tujuan tertentu

Mengenal pasti kegunaan twitter obahan-bahan untuk tujuan pendidikan boleh diperolehi melalui Englishfeed (http://twitter.com/englishfeed), ESL Time (http://twitter.com/esltime) Membuka akaun guru omenetapkan privacy dalam akaun ini dan menyatakan dalam profile sebagai kegunaan guru untuk mengelakkan pengikut yang tidak diperlukan turut serta

Membuka akaun kelas oAkaun kelas boleh dibuka dengan menggunakan perkhidmatan pihak ketiga seperti kumpulan twitter (http://grouptweet.com) atau Tweet Party (http://tweetparty.com) omemudahkan guru yang ingin mengetahui dan memantau aktiviti pelajar

Menyediakan bahan pembelajaran untuk pelajar yang mudah diakses oGuru boleh berinteraksi dengan satu kumpulan pelajar dan memudahkan maklumat disalurkan melalui akaun twitter kelas omenyediakan bahan pembelajaran untuk penggunaan twitter yang mudah diakses oleh pelajar termasuklah video, blog atau laman web oGuru boleh mengarahkan pelajar meneroka twitter sebagai tugasan pertama atau melengkapkan aktiviti pengenalan kepada twitter

AKTIVITI PENGAJARAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN DENGTAN MENGGUNAKAN TWITTER


Aktiviti permulaan pengajaran dan pembelajaran omendedahkan pelajar kepada twittisphere dengan memberikan tugasan melalui twitter dan menetapkan tempoh masa untuk menyiapkan tugasan tersebut oGuru menghantar pesanan berkaitan dengan kehendak mereka seperti soalan, apa mereka buat, apa yang mereka sudah siapkan, telah baca dan telah lihat serta panduan untuk menyiapkan tugasan tersebut. oGuru juga boleh memuat naik artikel dalam twitter

Aktiviti karangan atau membuat rencana a.Cerita Pendek penulis kreatif dari Montreal iaitu Arjun Basu (http://twitter.com/arjunbasu) yang telah menguasai seni menulis cerita pendek yang tidak melebihi 140 aksara - Sean Hill (http://twitter.com/veryshortstories) Blog ini memberi manfaat kepada pelajar untuk menulis cerita pendek

b. Cerita Kolaboratif o menghasilkan cerita yang dibuat oleh beberapa orang dengan bekerjasama untuk menulis cerita tersebut melaui melalui laman Twittories (http://twittories.wikiispaces.com)

c. Puisi o Haika atau Tank (puisi pendek dengan sukukata dan gaya yang terhad) o John Hicks , contoh penulis Haiku dalam twitter beliau (http://twitter.com/blueheron) o Dirk Johnston penulis Tanka dalam (http://twitter.com/dirkjohnson) o Guru boleh mengggalakkan pelajar mengikuti penulis tersebut dan memilih puisi yang digemari untuk diterangkan dalam kelas o Guru boleh memilih tema puisi dan mengarahkan pelajar untuk menghasilkan puisi

Aktiviti Perbendaharaan Kata oMembina ayat dengan perkataan baharu pelajar boleh menghantar perkataan baharu yang mereka tahu dengan contoh ayat. Guru boleh membuat kuiz perbendaharaan kata berdasarkan setiap perkataan yang telah dihantar oleh pelajar dalam twitter oMengesan perkataan untuk mengetahui penggunaannya twitter mempunyai fungsi yang dipanggil tracking yang membolehkan pengguna mencari cara penggunaan kata tersebut. Dengan cara ini pelajar boleh mengetahui pelbagai cara yang berbeza untuk menggunakan sesuatu perkataan

Aktiviti Mendengar oPenggunaan audio-visual komponen dengan menggunakan Chitter.TV (http://chitter.tv) iaitu aplikasi twitter yang membolehkan pengguna mencari saluran Televisyen secara langsung dalam pelbagai sumber oBoleh melihat komen pengguna twitter berkaitan dengan rancangan tersebut. oMelatih pelajar untuk membuat ringkasan dan menerangkan apa yang mereka telah lihat dan dengar Aktiviti Penyelidikan a.Aktiviti lanjutan boleh dibuat untuk mengetahui sesuatu perkara dengan lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan Twitter Search (http://search.twitter.com) ataupun menggunakan aplikasi laman web seperti Twist (http://twist.flaptor.com)

Pelajar juga boleh mengikuti pemimpin dan golongan profesional yang boleh dijadikan sebagai inspirasi untuk menuju kejayaan dengan mengikuti follow famous (http://www.folowfamous.com) c. Guru boleh menyoal soalan trivia dan mengarahkan pelajar untuk bekerjasama mencari jawapan. Guru boleh menggunakan akaun kelas atau menggunakan trivia (http://twitter.com/trivia) d.
