Sweeper reporting

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming other and empty trash. Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, squeegees. Service, clean, or supply restrooms. Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors. Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.

Peon reporting

He should come to office on the time. As soon as he comes to office, he should open the windows unless there are instructions to the contrary. He should dust the office tables, chairs, admirals, windows, book-shelves, what-nots, file cabinets and other furniture and keep the office rooms clean and tidy. He should remove all waste papers etc. for disposal as directed by the officer or the Superintendent of the Branch concerned. He must not leave office until all in the Branch have left. If he is attached to an officer, he should not leave before the officer has left. If he has to go early , he must take prior permission of his officer or of the Superintendent of the Branch to whom he is attached. He is responsible for controlling and managing budget of hostel. He is responsible to communicate with higher authority of hostel to take crucial decision regarding facilities of hostel. CHECKING THE HEALTH OF PLANTS AND SPRAYING AGAINST DISEASE AND PESTS. CLEARING LEAVES AND LITTER RECYCLING GARDEN RUBBISH INSPECT THAT WATERING ALL THE PLANTS AS PER SCHEDULE. MAINTAINING GARDEN EQUIPMENTS. ALWAYS GET READY FOR THE SPECIAL WORKS ASIGNED BY TRUSTEES WITHOUT ANY ARGUMENT WEATHER INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OR WEATHER MATCHES WITH YOUR PROFILE OR NOT. WHAT NOT TO DO AS AMAINTENANCE CHIEF DO NOT ENTER IN ACADEMIC,ADMIN,STRONG ROOM,HOSTEL PREMISES, SO ACADEMIC OR ADMIN PERSON CAN'T DISTURB YOUR ACTIVITY OR NOT TO BE TREATED AS PEON.
