Green Mountain Outpost Functional Flow

This is a sample application functional law for demonstration purpose only

By the default the menu items Order/Order status and Administrator/DB Administrator are disabled. By selecting the Order/customer information, the customer information window will be opened as shown in the Fig1 By the default the update and place order are disabled. Click on Clear button it will clear the entire field values. Click on Close button it will close the customer information window. Clicking on Search button customer search window will be opened as shown in Fig 2

Fig 2 By selecting the particular customer information and clicking on Select button the entire information will be entered into the respective fields. By clicking on Cancel button on customer search window it will close without entering any information.

And then enter the details of the field as shown in Fig 3 and click on add. Customer numbers are automatically generated into respective fields as shown in Fig 3 And now the order/order status is enabled. The Update button is enabled. Click on update button in order to update the fields.

Fig 3 Now click on the Place order button place order window will be opened. The order item ,Complete order are disabled. And click on the search button on place order window item search window will be opened as shown in the fig 4

Fig 4 By selecting the Cancel the item search window will be closed. By selecting the items and clicking on the select button the items will be selected. Now change the Quantity as 2 The order item button is enabled. Click on the order item button then complete order will be enabled as shown in Fig 5

Fig 5 Now click on the complete order button complete order window will be opened In complete order window the Next order button is disabled By entering the card number and expiration date as invalid details,if we click on process order,Green mountain outpost window will be opened as shown in the Fig 6

Fig 6 Now enter the valid details of the card number and expiration date and click on process order process will be confirmed as shown in fig 7

Now next order button is enabled. By clicking on next order button the window will be closed as shown in Fig 8

By clicking on next order it will close the current window and customer information will be seen. By clicking on the order/order status order status window will be opened the details entered are correctly as show in the fig 9

Fig 9 Now click on the close button on the order status window. And close the customer information window. The administrator/DB administrator will be enabled. Now click on DB administrator ,DB administrator window will be opened as shown in fig 10

All the existing customers are shown in the list box now select the particulars of the customers from the list box and the details must populated correctly and click on the deleted selected customer it will delete the particular customer details. Now click close to close the DB administrator window. Now click on File/Exit to exit from the application.
